New site, same voice

This is the placeholder first post. Swap it out with something real. The format supports:

• Bold, italic, and inline code
• Lists, block quotes, images
• Headings (##, ###)
• MDX, so any Astro component can be imported and used inline

Why a site at all

LinkedIn owns your feed. A personal domain owns your archive. Everything useful I’ve written will live here, with LinkedIn as the distribution channel, not the warehouse.

House rules

1. No AI-generated hero images.
2. One personal line per post, minimum.
3. British spellings only, except when satirising the alternative.
4. If it sounds like a press release, delete it.
